I see you had problems with the spelling of bureaucracy too! I had to look it up on Dictionary.com - twice!
Yes - thank you - I meant to check before posting but it slipped my mind (for some reason I no longer see a spell check option when posting with blogspot)- must be due to the level of disorganisation!
