Boxing day tea

Boxing day tea (not at home) consisted of
  • toasted tea-cakes
  • trifle
  • mince pies
  • Christmas cake (actually birthday cake) iced fruit cake
  • Simnel cake
I make that raisins et al in five different forms, maybe that's the main theme of Christmas menus?
